Brief description:
One of the important aspects of the business productivity is to increase the efficiency of business processes, and sometimes abrupt changes. Business competitiveness depends not only on specific technological developments, but also the adopted right business processes, which makes the business competitive. Today there is a a large number of mechanisms for the business processes management. This Panel discussion aims to speak about them, show examples and introduce why we need to change (RE-engineering), which are instruments to make the changes, etc.
